Cancellations:

  • If for any reason you want to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing the order, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is initiated after 1 hour of placing the order, we won't be cancel it as the order goes to processing stage and team lines up with the polishing, dispatch and order team for the concerned order. 

Returns:

For any kind of returns, kindly make sure you contact our customer service team and ask for RAN (return authorization number) before you ship it back. Returns without RAN are not accepted. All returns are paid back the same mode you made the payment i.e. if you paid by Bank account, the refund will be issued to your bank account, if you used your credit card to make the payment, refunds will be issued to your credit card only. 

  • If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact our customer support team and inform them of the same. The to-and-fro shipping is borne by customer in this case.
  • If you've received the product and it is damaged, we will send you the replacement or reimbursement depending on the case. We need an uncut unboxing video for the same. Also, the product will be picked up by our courier partner (if possible) or customer needs to ship the goods to our factory (max courier amount reimbursed is Rs 100) as per scenario. After receiving the goods, team will either repair or replace it as per conditions suitable. Team will ship it back within 3-5 working days of receiving the product at our warehouse.
  • For any other reason other than damage product, if you want to return the item. You can return the item within 3 days of receiving your shipment. All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received, for a refund (excluding shipping costs and additional deduction). There will be deduction of to and fro shipping costs and additional return deduction (depending on case to case basis) from the final amount.

Refunds if issued by our team are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
